I Received A Bogus Check From Grand Lottery Promotions Can I Sue This Company For Fraud ? I Still Have The Check And Award Letter.

Welcome to the never ending club of fraud letters. I called the BBB and they told me who I could report this to, and I did. Sadly, there is nothing concrete that you can do about it. Just make your report, and thank the person upstairs that you haven't given them your money. (I hope you haven't) Do not try to cash the check and forward the money to them, as you will be responsible for the money being returned, and in some cases this is a large amount of $. Call the BBB, and good luck.
