Is Calcified Granuloma In The Lung Some Form Of Cancer? Is It A Bad Thing That Cannot Be Cured?

I am scared crazy I was had to go to the emergency room because I was hurting so bad and they did a abdomen pelvis exray. The results were 1. Lung bases show mild dependant changes with 1 cm left base bleb. Left lower lobe calcified granuloma. 2.a 6 mm calcified nodule at the anterior bladder wall. Could someone help me with what that means? what is granuloma anyway?
