Yes, my sister in law had her baby in her mid-40's. Usually doctors want to monitor your pregnancy more to ensure you and the baby are and stay healthy. They are more risks associated with later life pregnancies, but they can be managed. My nephew is now 7--and one of the most beautiful and bright children I know!

Yes,my mom had my brother at age 40, he is know 12, it depends on the women, if you are healthy you will have a healthy baby too. Good luck!!!
