I would like to get a support group going and try to raise money for this disorder but I don't know how to get it started and I don't know how to find other people like myself in my area who has this disorder.

I live in Butler Pa I have hashimoto's thyroiditis, undifferenciated connective tissue disorder, and raynauds, but I am looking for people who have any kind of autoimmune disease so I can start support groups and awareness in my area.
