What Happens If Your Dog Eats Plastic?
My 7th month old Bichon Frise recently swallowed a small piece of plastic from a baby chew toy. She is restless and vomited once. She has been "pooping" a lot lately and is not her normal (hyper) self. I would really appreciate some advice. Thank you!

Dogs cannot digest plastic. If the piece is small enough it will pass through and come out the other end.
If the piece is too large it will get stuck somewhere and this needs removing surgically.
Now that you know she can destroy this type of toy - you need to get her tougher ones that she cannot bite bits from.

What happens if you think that your dog has ate plastic and he/she is vomiting blood?
That sounds like urgent surgery is needed to remove the plastic.
Our dog just ate 6 hot dog wrapers, Do you know what might happen???:(

Dog ate plastic lens from glasses, got most of the plastic from his mouth, has vomit-ted twice, any suggestions?

My Chihuahua got to her food bag because my brother didn't close the gate we think she ate tiny pieces of plastic along with an incredible amount of food she threw up once already and looked like plastic was in it she is still shaking but she does seem better

My dog ate something from a watch... Rubber or metal or something like that what do we do???

Please be mature about something serious like this. Don't just assume the dog could die. If a pet has digested something it shouldn't, chance are high the owner will already start to worry. Don't throw someone into hysterics by feeding them false information.
