    I Have Acute Pain In Lower Left Superficial To Abdomen Area. Also I Have Dribbling And Spray When I Urinate. I Was Treated For Std But I Dont Think Meds Worked. When Tested Again Nothing, But I Still Have Symptoms?

    I need to know why i still have symptoms of std and if it is possible that meds didn't work and infection has spread. If this is the case how do i overcome this problem.

    To have proper treatment it is necessary to know the causative pathogen. You are telling a STD. The STD can be bacterial or viral. Go for tests for differential diagnosis. If STD is bacteria the take antibiotic for UTI. If STD is viral the take antiviral medicine.
