What Is A Good Hawaiian Name For A Girl Aussie Puppy? I Would Prefer It Start With A J But Am Open To Any Suggestions?

My husband and I traveled to Hawaii on our honeymoon for 1 month and fell in love with it and its culture. We also just lost our Aussie and our up for getting another next month. We are looking for the perfect name and have always started our pet names with the letter j after our first Queen Jess.

I looked up Hawaiin names on line, and it does not seem that they have any name the begin with the letter "J".

Here are a few that sparked my attention because they seem like they would fit with and Aussi dog.

I think the name Alana or Alani would be pretty names for your dog.

There are only a few consonants in the Hawaiian language, no J. The consonants I remember are W L P H K M N and L, the Hawaiian language is rich with vowels, the w in the first syllable is pronounced v. Unless it is the first letter. I do not know any names other than those named above, I would look in a Hawaiian English dictionary for more words if the ones mentioned do not suit.
