If You Don't Push The Button At A Crossing At The Traffic Light, Will You Still Get The Green Man?

I guess that both of you will win, and both of you will lose then. Because, it depends on what intersection you are at, the time of the day, and traffic flow.

They calculate the heaviest traffic flow for both vehicle, and pedestrian activity, as well as lightest activity. Depending on the time of the day in some of them, not all of them, the pedestrian light will work and change from one walk signal to the other on it's own.
Some of them remain on the pedestrian's act of pushing the button.
