Vaginal bleeding is a sign of miscarriage but it is not necessary that you miscarry with this. There are women who have this vaginal bleeding through out their pregnancy but they have to take care of themselves very good. You need to see your doctor and act upon her advice. Dangerous Sings in Pregnancy

I too had the same problem. Took three tests all neg then three days later took another and was possitive. I started spotting then a few days later had red blood not pink and bled more. The np had me come in for a blood test to test the level of hcg and then three days later another test. Levels had dropped. I was pregnant but lost the baby. I only bled for a day and a half then nothing. She said my period would return in 4to 6wks and may be heavier than normal. I knew I was pregnant because I had milk coming out of my breasts and I had all the symptoms of pregnancy. I don't know what went wrong but this is the second time in 13m I lost a baby. The other one I carried to 11wks but the baby died at 6wks. Had to have a d&c. This time she told me I would pass the contents of the uterus just fine on my own. Its been a week now and My hormones are still out of wack. I cry over everything. Hope this helps u.
