I Have been getting severe lower abdominal pain on my left side. I recently had a miscarriage but d&c was not performed . The pain come with side affects like severe headaches, tingling in my right arm ,back pain radiating down my thigh and sometimes i sweat at night according to my boyfriend. What should i do

If you have hemorrhagic cysts then surgery is not required. Only pain killers are used to kill the pain. If you have pain for first 10-14 days of periods then it is hemorrhagic cysts. If the pain is throughout the cycle then it can be due to rupture hemorrhagic cysts or twisted ovary and fallopian tube. To treat this surgery is required, usually laparoscopy.
