I recommend having her examined by a veterinarian.  If she is having hard, firm stool she may be constipated.  This can be very uncomfortable causing vocalization and nausea.  Small dogs can be very mischievous and eat things they are not supposed to that can cause a blockage in the intestines.
She may need an x-ray to image her abdomen and see if she's constipated.
Dogs can get fevers due to infection, pain, inflammation, or excitement.  Fever can make them feel uncomfortable and cause anorexia.
You can try some canned pumpkin (non-spiced) 1-2 teaspoons.  It has fiber in it that can help pass things through and settle the intestines.

Give her only water for a day and watch her condition closely. Look for blood in stool, vomiting, and cough. These symptoms could point to any number of things. Give her plain soft rice if she hasn't eaten in days already.
