    I Have A 1988 Crown Vic New Thermostat, New Heater Core New Water Pump Have Very Warm Heat - What Else Could It Be?

    When you buy thermostat's they come in different heat ranges, and it sounds like you've got the lower one. Get the one with the higher range, or move to Florida!
    If you still have the box it will tell you, and they are cheap and easy to replace!
    If that's not it I don't know!

      Low on coolant. See how much water/antifreeze is in the radiator. It should be full.

      Does it have a clutch fan if everything checks out take radiator out take it to a radiator shop have them check the flow they shouldn't charge you for that on the clutch fan if it has a clutch fan check the front of it if there's oil in the middle front of it its toast
