How Do I Get My Computer Out Of Safe Mode?
I press f8 and it takes me to the screen to choose normal , i choose normal ---the safe mode goes away from my screen in the corner and it brings me to my desktop where just my screen saver pops up nothing else appears on my desktop------what do i need to do. Please help!!!!!!!!and explain in the simplest of terms

You have done the right thing to get it out of the safe mode by pressing F8 key. Now the icons on your desktop are hidden. Just right click on your desktop and you will find 'arrange icons by'. When you will put cursor on it, you will see 'show desktop icons'. Click on it and everything will be on the screen.

I RIGHT CLICK AND STILL NOTHING. SO I WENT BACK AND IT STATES WINDOW HAS DETECTED A REGISTRY CONFIGURATION ERROR. USE SCANREG TO CORRECT THIS ERROR. HOW DO I DO THIS..........
Now you have to scan your registry. My advice is to repair your window from windows Cd.
