How Long After The Lender Decides To Repo Will My Car Be Gone In The State Of Utah?
I need to know how long I have, if I can not make my payment before I will need to find alternate transportation. Will I have a month to buy a cheap car

It can be done in as little as 24 hrs.. They will try and locate the vehicle first than sent the tow truck. Its important to remember that the driver is only doing his/sher job.

It really does not matter what state you are in. Once you are in default of the loan (even just 1 payment), the lender can have the vehicle repo'd. Usually if you keep in contact with the lender, they will work with you so that there is no need for a repo. I once had a lender tell me that instead of having it repo'd, I could bring it in and avoid the additional repo fees being added to the loan amount that I would still be responsible for. I ended up with $1000 check after they sold the vehicle and most of that would have gone to the repo had they come out to pick it up.
