    Everyone Is Suggesting Me To Do Some Exercise. However, I Hardly Could Manage It. Is There Any Good Tip To Manage A Good Schedule For My Exercise Session?

    When we are planning to start doing exercise, most of the time we essentially focus more on the type of exercise we are going to perform rather than planning to manage a good schedule for exercise session.

    At the prime, it is mandatory to understand that our exercise type must match with our lifestyle, the amount of time we can really afford doing it properly. Second most important thing is to select the pattern of exercise depending on time. For example, it is always better that we do heavy exercising in morning schedule and in the evening time, it is better to follow some relaxation technique. We should always remember that doing exercise after having meal does no good to the system rather it becomes potentially dangerous through increasing the risk of jaundice and other complications.

    Starting with light exercise for some days such as walking for some time is that we can try before doing any heavy exercising. There are various psychological components that contribute to maintain the regularity in exercise scheduling such as adherence to group. If we do exercise in a group setting, it eventually increases the chances of adherence to the schedule rigorously. It has also been found that doing exercise by wearing specific dress may also heighten the chance of not missing the schedule. It is assumed that by wearing a particular dress specially made for exercising schedule make us psychologically prepared and motivated. Last but not the least, we should keep in mind that it is happiness that matters most, so we should only do such exercises that we could really enjoy doing.
