What Is Well-writing Proposal?

    A well-written proposal should include follows things
    1. Show in the proposal that organization is facing a problem or has a need.
    2. Provide solution to the problems and need based on facts and figures and try to convince other logically and be practical.
    3. Reflect research, planning and idea all through the proposal.
    4. Investigate funding purposes
    5. Verify whether organizations goals match with the funding sources.
    6. Do not limit funding sources.  
    7. Before writing a proposal make sure to have a clear understand of funding sources guidelines.

    8. Give the proposal in the right and complete layout which have all necessary attachments.
    9. State the organization's goals and objectives briefly and clearly.
    10. Explain with facts and figures that why funds are needed, how they can be utilized, from what sources these funds are taken and why these sources are chosen.
    11. Include the important topics like: project purpose, community need, feasibility, applicant accountability, funds needed and competence.

    12. Should have answer to these questions: Who are you? What do you want? How do you meet the criteria? What problems are there and how to deal with them? Who will be benefited from this and how? How will the results be measured?
    13. Show project results, employees support and results of funds.
    14. Follow the Requests for Proposals (RFPs) given by funding sources.
    15. Ask for feedback about proposal.
