This is always a difficult situation. You want to study more and you're parents feel that you should be out there earning a living.
It depends on your career choice. If you wish to do a career that requires you to have a degree, then you should definitely go to university.
If you want to go to uni simply to learn more about a subject and not because you necessarily need to, then there is nothing stopping you from studying later on in life.
At the end of the day, you need to do what's right for you. Attending uni is a good idea, as it does help you to gain more knowledge but you don't have to rush into it unless it will help you to do the career you really want to do.

Your future is yours independently of what your parents have tried to choose for you.
Your an adult with a right to choose. Going to university will give you the education you need to get a fulfilling career and hopefully lay the foundations for a good life for you.
I think in this case you must tell your parents that this must be your choice and that at the end of the university course you'll get a much better job and have a much better future.
You'll regret it all your life if you don't go and may resent your parents for spoiling your chance of going to higher education.
Parents don't always make the right choices for their children and I think in this case they are very misguided to try and make you take a job you probably won't want.
It may cause a lot of problems but do what you think is right for you.
Ask at school about grants, student loans and how to fill in forms if your parents are difficult about their role in this as there are ways round it if they refuse to play their part in your application process.
Your local education authority can help advise you too.
