It is not a difficult process at all. What all you have to do is to turn off the water heater and drain the water that is present in the heater. Drain the water till it is empty .Now you have to open the cold water valve to clean it with a liquid cleaner. Flush all the soapy water for several minutes. Now close the drain valve and fill the water heater and then on it. For further details please visit:
