    Agreed, there really is no way of telling, the closest guess i could give would be a protein and an amino acid, since they are the "building blocks of life"

    I need to elaberate on this answer....
    God did not create anything the fist things to appear on the earth were small strands of RNA, these RNA covered themselves in protiens for better protection from the outside enviornment, they later developed from there....

      God created sea creatures and birds on the fifth day, but the Bible doesn't particularly say which he created first. When and if you go to Heaven, ask God Himself. He knows the answer.

        There is no way of saying what was the first Animal God created and anyone suggest an animal will be only using their imagination

        Simple answer is, Unknown. Earth is much older than most people believe and there have been probably more than one catastrophic event like the "flood", that wiped out a few animal species, on top of famine and diseases. .
