What Are Perennial Plants?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

A plant classified as "Perennial" means that it comes back year after year. After the winter, after the snow melts, the plant re-grows from the roots. An "annual" plant only lives in the summer, and does not come back in the spring.
