The crankshaft pulley bolt can be very very difficult to loosen.  The most effective way to loosen your crankshaft pulley bolt is to keep the crankshaft pulley still using a crankshaft pulley holder attached to a breaker bar.

While the crankshaft pulley holder keeps the crankshaft pulley from moving, you'll need a heavy duty air impact wrench (700+ lbs.ft.) and an air compressor to loosen the crankshaft pulley bolt (counter-clockwise).

    Good luck!

First before you pull the belt off take 19mm socket and spin the crank run to top dead center on number one cylinder.then make sure the timing marks on the crank match to the ones on the cam after doing that remove your old belt after loosening the tension. At this point the belt should come off and your timing still set, push the knew belt on check the marks on the cam and crank to make sure they have not moved.reset the tension and close it up.
