    I Have A Lease Agreement But Apt. Started Sending A Rent Bill After Two Months An Include Charges Of $2.75 Billing Fee Which Was Not Part Of The Lease Contract, Is It Legal?

    Is it legal to charge an extra amount such as a billing fee that was not included on the lease contract does this not void or break the contract by default.
