You will need to step in and take care of this guinea pig if the mother is rejecting it. Talk to your veterinarian to get an appropriate diet for this guinea. Kitten and puppy milk replacer is not appropriate nor is any human food. When a mother rejects a baby it does not get appropriate nutrients, hydration, and warmth. Your veterinarian will have further information about raising a baby guinea pig.
