I Would Like Some Tips On Losing Some Weight.Can You Give Any Advise?

My name is Maria and I am 46 yrs old.The problem i am facing is that,once i start losing weight due to tension and stress i gain it back by eating whatever i find not knowing the fat included in the food.I would like to lose some weight.Pls advise some dieting tips.Thankyou.

    Well first u have to stop eating junk food(u can only have it for a treat every 3 weeks)and start eating right .then u have to start working out once every day (i suggest Anytime Fitness)

      Actually, when we are 46 years old vs. in our younger years, our weight loss plans can be completely different.

      Women tend to put on weight as a result of stress, particularly in our fat storing areas of hips, rear, and belly. Stress can be a major factor, so a good strategy would include stress reduction to begin with. Stress makes our bodies store fat and protect us; our stress hormones cause our fat cells to increse. because our bodies believe us to be under duress.

      Also, if you lose weight because of stress and tension, your body will burn muscle first, then fat. When we stop eating or if we eat less due to tension, our bodies understand us to be in starvation mode. This means we burn muscle before fat, and our bodies are cued to begin storing any available calories as fat. When you start eating regularly again, then, your body stores the calories as fat, trying to protect you and your body's survival. This is why crash diets fail. Don't starve yourself or adopt a strategy of not eating. Your boy will adjust and defy it--it is a bad weight loss approach long term.

      The best strategy for most people is to adopt a nutritious diet low in fat, and to exercise. It appears most people would prefer to lose weight magically, without exercise or change in diet, but it is needed to have a normal metabolism and fat burning. If you want to burn fat, don't starve. Reduce stres, reduce the fat in your diet , and exercise to burn fat (even walking is a good exercise). No magic pills or techniques. At 46 we we also lose weight slower, generally because we are beholden to a lower metabolism already (fat burning/calorie ratio).
