I am trying to feed my new floating turtle. It won't eat. What do i do? I know that you have to change the water once a day and cut the pelits inhalf.

Try to entice him with with lettuce, carrots, dandelion, rose, rose hips, crickets, worms like earthworms and silkworms and snails and you can occasionally feed him those canned or already prepared foods too.
Also, try this for your turtle, always feed him in water, do not put food right in front of them. Put his food at locations, in his water pool, where he needs to move there to get it. Some turtles like it more to swim towards and catch their food in water.
