When a mother lays the eggs, she leaves them, they hatch and go to the ocean of their own accord. They are not known for cannibalism.
However, the older turtles might nip at them and cause potentially harmful injuries. Your safest bet would be to keep them separate from the older turtles, but in a tank right next to them so that they can see one another and get use to each other.
After the younger ones age a little more, then you can probably put them together, this is just for their safety. Hope this helps. Good luck.

YES I have my Florida soft shell turtle with hatchlings and some African sidenecked,map, and red ear slider with some hatchlings
