My 1.5 Year Old Male Dog Has Extremely Potent Smelling Urine. There Are Times He Has Some Urgency To Go, But Doesn't Pee A Lot. What Could It Be?

He is still somewhat of a puppy and always seems to need to go out to pee in a hurry, but lately he hasn't urinated a lot. The smell of the urine is very potent and it appears very yellow. Could he just need to take in more water?

Yes it could be that your puppy needs to drink more water, but it could also be a urinary tract infection, especially if it is dark and smelly. It could even be the start of kidney stones or just be a kidney infection, but this will need treating with antibiotics. You need to take your puppy to the Vets.
