    Yes they will they will eat almost anything with 6 legs.

      No, usually its the other way around. They can go through webs like it was a wet paper bag most of the time and i'm pretty sure they feed on the spiders too. Ladybirds will eat practically anything, including each other. Dont be quick to judge these small creatures, for example those gangly house spiders eat much bigger fiercer looking garden spiders.
