Do Detergents Work Best In Hot Or Cold Water?

Detergents are the basic necessity for cleaning and washing clothes and other accessories. Different kinds of detergents work differently in different temperature water. Liquid detergents work best in cold or tap water. Whereas Powder detergent work best in hot water.

Now days they make detergents specially formulated for cold water that are suppose to clean just as good as hot water. However, I have always felt better washing my sheets and white clothes in hot water because I feel it gets more germs off the laundry. Maybe just an old wives tale, but I keep doing it.

I've actually done this experiment and I have found that they are equal but detergent that can be used in cold water save you money on your hot water bill... ♥
