It seems as if your dog is suffering from anal glands. It should be immediately examined by vet. You can use "Erythromycin" if it is in initial stage. In extreme case you have only one option that is surgery. If it remains there for longer period of time then it will get abscess. A professional vet can clean these glands through surgery. This is costly but it is better to take your dog to vet immediately.
