How Can You Tell If Someone Else Is Using Your Broadband On Their Pc?
My pc runs fast normally but at times it just seem like somebody using all my juice.

If your computer is on the network then only the person with administrative privileges can break into your system. He can use your bandwidth too. But if your computer is a single PC then only hackers can break into while you are using the internet. Try to install some anti virus like Macafee.
