    That would have to be the heart.  If it ever stops to rest - you are dead.

    Hearts have no muscle.it has veins and arteries by which blood flows to various parts of body.

    When I was in school (granted some long time ago), the heart was described as a muscle. The largest in the entire body and the hardest working simply because it never stops...until death. There is no sleep etc. Things change so that may not be correct now but as the old people say, "in my time" the heart was a muscle....

      body weight is 40% muscle. Out of the 639/640 muscles, 30 of them are
      facial muscles, which help you create all those different faces of
      happiness, surprise, joy, sorrow, sadness, fright, etc.
