This Question Needs Answering:
What Are My Rights In Relation To Getting My Stuff Back? (UK)
I've just split from my partner and have managed to remove most of the stuff from the house. My books, ornaments, etc. Are still there but he won't let me back in as it's never "convenient". What can I do about this? Surely I have some rights to go in and collect what is mine?
Any advice gratefully received.

You have every right to collect your goods if you haven't got a solicitor go to the police and ask them for some advice. He sound like he is being arsey well be arsey back you might have some fun as well
