Where Can I Go In Battle Creek?

Battle Creek is located in Michigan.  Although it is known for some of the large companies that call this city home, it has an abundance of outdoor activities.  Here are 5 things to see while here.
Leila Arboretum - This 72 acre arboretum includes over 25,000 plants.  A flourishing perennial garden includes daylilies, daisies and cornflowers while over 7,000 annuals and spring bulbs create a spectacular display.  The children's garden is a learning garden for all ages.   Themed gardens, fountains, gazebos, winding pathways, and a peace labyrinth fill out this ideal location along with the natural history museum and planetarium.
Binder Park Zoo – This zoo is home to exotic animals from around the world.  Walking on raised boardwalks, explore the wild Africa exhibit with giraffes, zebras and other native animals.  Don't miss the dinosaur area with a sculpture and playground.
Full Blast – This entertainment center has over 150,000 square feet of excitement and fun.  There is an indoor and outdoor water park, video arcade, miniature golf course, sports fields, rock wall, play area, obstacle course and more.  
Arcadia Brewing Company  - This working microbrewery is a great place to visit.  12 different world-class ales are produced here.  Next to the brewery is a restaurant with a wood-fired oven and tavern.  Enjoy a tour or cold ale and then lunch.  

Kimball House Museum –  The Queen Anne style home is a museum of Victorian life and a local history museum.  Displays include pioneer room, general store, servant's quarters and Sojourner Truth exhibit.
