Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Annulment because not consummated or marriage under duress
Adultery - but no more than six months must have passed since this happened
Unreasonable behaviour - this can be violence,  excessive spending but even spending too much time on a career or a sporting activity can count.  I do not feel it is right because someone is working hard to provide the family with a good standard of living this should be allowed.
Separation- two years with consent, five with no consent.
    Desertion - two years.

    This is English law.
