    My 4 Month Old Puppy Has A Tumor/lump Around Her Right Shoulder Blade More Towards Her Spine I Have Heard That If You Can Move The Tumor/lump Around, It's Cancer If You Cant It's Not, Is This True?

    I have never used this sight hope I am doing this right how will I know if you answer my question? Will you e-mail me or are the questions answered in a general forum?

    No this isnt true. Fatty lumps are harmless but they can be wiggled about under the skin. All lumps should be checked by a vet.
