The American Revolution refers to the independence struggle of Thirteen Colonies (that later became United States of America) from the British. American Revolution entails a series of even through a number of years so it is difficult to state the exact dates of the revolution. But it can be said that the revolution began in 1763 with the elimination of French Military threat to these colonies and ended in 1783 with the signing of Treaty of Paris.
