Definitely not. It would not be a smart thing to do. When in high school life is hard enough why make it any harder on yourself. I had a very rough life growing up and i was on my own at the age of 14. It was hard. Don't do it. Hope you think things trew before doing that. If he wants to let him. But i would tell an adult. It is not smart. I would try and talk him out of it as well. All the dangers that you 2 could come across are not worth leaving. Trust me i know.

Of course not. What does he want to run away to begin with? It may be more prudent to try and help him with what ever he's going thru. If need be, talk to your parents.

I wouldn't, mostly because I am a heterosexual male.  But, all joking aside: Run where and do what?  

Will you get a job?  When will you see your family?  Where will you live?  How will you earn more than minimum wage without even a high school diploma?  (You will be way below the poverty line, and it's hard enough to make it when you're only slightly above it.)

If a girl asked me this, I would think, "At what point do I think this is a good idea, that it's the right thing to do?"  Frankly, it would be a bit scary.
