That depends very much on which of her parents she favours most. Pugs are quite small, say about 20lbs, while bassets can be huge - up to 75lbs. Don't worry too much about the numbers, feel her ribcage. Without pressing hard, but holding her firmly, like you might a small child, run your hands along her ribcage from front to back. If all you can feel is spongy flesh, then she is too fat. You should be able to feel each rib, but without them being so prominent that they are visible (except if the dog is panting hard).

The pug should weigh at lot cause we have one and we got it when it was a baby and it was really light then it got bigger and fatter hope this helps!
