It's always good to combine cardio exercise with strength training.  It's important to do both, so that you can burn calories, and build strength, since muscle will burn more calories, and all of that works towards a fit physique, and a flat tummy.  Since you have no machinery, such as a treadmill or stationery bike, perhaps you could just try some walking for 1/2 hour, at least three times a week.  (Try walking at a regular pace your first few times, and then work up to a brisk, quick walk where you swing your arms fully as you walk.)

You can alternate the days when you are not walking with some strength training.  You can do some crunches, where you lay on your back, with knees bent, feet on the floor, hands behind your head, while you crunch up breathing out as you do.  Try doing 20 - 25 going forward, to start out, and then work up to as many as you feel comfortable with.  You also want to do side crunches where you cross your right leg over the left (put your right ankle on your left knee), and crunch up towards your left knee.  Do about 20 - 25, or what feels comfortable to start out with.  Do the same type of crunches to the right, crossing your other leg.

Additional strength training can include some push ups that are done with the knees on the floor.  Trying doing two sets of 10.  You can also include lunges where you step forward with one foot, bending your knee and lunging forward.  Make sure to do both legs about 10 times each.  You can even do some backward lunges.  Additional weight lifting, using weights if you have them, or even heavy cans, can help you to do some bicep curls, tricep extensions, and other strength training for your arms.

You can eventually combine your 1/2 hour cardio, with a 1/2 hour of strength training in one day, continuing 3 days a week.  Finally, when you are feeling strong and fit, and really wanting to get ready to have your best summer body, then increase your routine to five days a week.

Make sure while your are doing all of this that you are eating healthy and drinking water throughout the day.  Try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and stay away from empty calories like sugary snacks, sodas, etc.

I hope this helps.  Good luck with it, and have a great upcoming summer!
