My landlord sold the home I am living in. He had informed people I know, that I will be served a 3 day notice by the new owner and I will have to be out of the residenc in 3 days. Is this true and possible? ( I live in grant county wa.)

Wrong answer. Look up housing authority or renters association. The new owners probably don't want to live there if they buy a rented property. They're just in the buying and selling business. They may increase your rent a little bit. But I'm pretty sure that may be illegal to evict without a 30 day notice or until your lease is up. Unless you did something that justifies an eviction.
