Whats The Easiest And Most Efficient Way To Get Rid Of Bloodstains?
I have several pieces of clothing which are covered in blood, and need to wash it off.

Cheap old-fashioned way is to soak them overnight in cold, salty water. Then rinse and wash at a cool temperature with your usual detergent. Do not use hot water as this will "cook" the blood onto the fabric.

If the items are white you may need to use bleech after tthe cold water wash. Hydrogen peroxide works well on color material especially if you do it as soon as possible. It won't fade the color. You can use it straight out of the bottle then do the cold water wash.
