How Do I Get The Drivers Side Manual Window Handle Off On A 94 Lumina Van?

The door handle on the outside of the vehicle-you would have to remove the interior door panel to get to the exterior handle. The handle on the inside(interior )-you would have to remove the interior panel also  to reach the mounting bracket for the handle.now if you mean the window crank(handle) there is a tool(looks like a big flat fork,usually gold or black sold in autoparts stores) that you can slide under the handle and pop the clip holding the handle onto the stem(crank) and then you just lift up pull it off.takes about a minute to pop it loose.the clip should look sort of like a flattened hair clip(what's that word bobby pin)
