Unfortunately I DO snore. I have a deviated septum, sinus problems and mild sleep apnea. Has anyone tried a non invasive remedy (nasal strips etc) with any good results?

EVERYONE in my family snores...including the dog. I also have a deviated septum, mine was a result of many broken noses...(long story... Not abuse though) I tried nasal strips at night, sprays, decongestants,, nothing worked so I had it repaired 6 years ago and it was much better...until I broke it again...now its deviated again and needs repair. The surgery really isn't that bad... You will be uncomfortable for a couple days... No serious pain.. The broken nose was far worse... But you do have to do exactly what the doctor says to avoid swelling. Good Luck hon.
