    Antony Tudor was a United States dancer, teacher and a choreographer. He was born on 4th April, 1908 in London. So, Antony was a British-born man who used to live in United States. He joined Marie Rambert's company in the year 1927. Antony choreographed and danced some famous compositions under their banner. 'The planets' in 1934, 'the lilac garden' in 1936, were the most popular of all.

    Antony moved to New York City in the year of 1940. Then he joined the New Ballet Theatre, now it had been named American Ballet Theatre. Antony created his best creation for the ballet theatre, including psychological ballets. 'Pillar of fire' released in 1942 and 'Shadow of the wind' released in 1948 were accepted world wide. He conveyed emotional conflicts and aspects of motivation and characters. Antony Tudor became the associated director of the American Ballet Theatre. He died on 20th April, 1987 in New York.
