Well, I've been having nightmares and flashbacks about bloody Mary, and I have a feeling every time that somebody is watching me at all times and is ready to come for me! Trust me. I'm not crazy. I am just really scared lately a lot!

When I have real bad nightmares I try journaling to get them out of my mind; however I am in therapy to try to get rid of my flashbacks and nightmares. Do you have access to a good therapist? If you need a friend to just listen to you, I'm here.

Nightmares are awful experiences, and I feel for you, I really do. Nowthen, lets get positive. If you MUST have supper, make sure it hasn't cheese in it. If you eat a sandwich, whatever the filling is, ad d LOTS of lettuce, which is a sleep inducer. Chew slowly, and well. If you also have a drink, have it AFTER you have eaten.
Do not drink too quickly. Bedtime should be on hour later.
The person who seems to be disturbing your slumbers, was queen Mary the first, Daughter of Henry V111.Little bit off balanced, because she was absolutely obsessed with the Catholic Religion.(Could there be a clue here, why you are feeling a bit unsettled)?Not especially about religion, but some underlying worry?In any case I wish you all the best!
