My favorite christmas candy that my mother taught all of us kids to make are bon-bons which we called mud-balls. I use crunchy peanut-butter with the nuts, melted butter and rice krispies with powder sugar...make little round balls with this mixture and then dip them into a chocolate almond bark. This year I even made a cherry nut center and dipped them into chocolate almond bark. Which we chose to call Bing-bon bons because they taste just like the Bing candy bar.

Do I HAVE to pick just ONE??? I love homemade fudge. My best friend taught me how to make peanut brittle last night, love that too. Also Rum balls, and buckeyes.

I love peppermintbark so much that I went out the day after christmas and bought several boxes of it. Just because it is limited edition. And i love candy canes
