The furthest Planet In the Solar System from the Earth is Neptune, for a while the accolade was held by Pluto and then Eris. On August 24th 2006 the International Astronomical Union
reclassified Eris (AKA Xena), Pluto and Cere, Humea and Makmake as Dwarf Planets, this changed the answer to you question to Neptune.
