This Question is Answered

You Are Advised To Disclose Disputes With Neighbours When Selling Your House (ie. Noisy Neighbours Playing Music Into The Early Hours). However, If I Decide To Not Speak To My Neighbour Or Submit A Complaint Against Them Does This Mean I Still Have To Bring The Matter Up With Any Prospective Purchaser - After All A 'dispute' Has Not Arisen Because I Haven't Complained?

Well, not opening up any kind of disputes with your neighbour is entirely your choice. But in case you are to sell this house and you have a prospective purchaser then you need to inform the purchaser of the problem that you are currently facing. Or another way round could be is that you discuss and settle this matter with your neighbour before you can leave. Such a situation if unattended could create a bad image about you to your prospective buyer, while your neighbour continues to do what he is doing without even knowing that he is possibly disturbing the peace of the environment. You may never known he might possibly understand the harm he is causing and not create play any kind of music during really early years if you speak to him at the earliest, rather then letting him feel that it was a never a problem for anyone.
