How Do You Print Vertical?

To print you would first need to click on the tab that says 'File' (located on the top left hand corner) and select 'Print' or 'Print Setup' depending on the options available. The shortcuts for these two functions would be Ctrl+P and Shift+Ctrl+P respectively.

To print vertically you would need to change the printer 'Orientation' from 'Landscape' to 'Portrait'. Depending on the software and the version involved this option could be under 'Print Setup' or under 'Print', then under 'Properties'.

Remember that in certain cases you will also have the option of selecting 'Current view' (under the 'Print Range' options). A great tip before printing any document would be to check 'Print Preview' before venturing to print your document. In this way you can check to see if your print will include all the relevant information.
